How to Request Account and Data Deletion
If you would like to request that your CashWise account and associated data be deleted, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to a.ammarr17@gmail.com from the email address associated with your CashWise account.
- In the subject line, write "Account Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please include the email address used to create your account and clearly state that you are requesting the deletion of your account and all associated data.
Types of Data Deleted
Upon verifying your request, we will delete the following data associated with your account:
- Your personal profile information (name, email).
- Your financial data and budget tracking records.
- Your preferences and app settings.
Data Retention
Once your deletion request is processed, your data will be permanently removed from our active databases within 30 days. We may retain certain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., resolving disputes or enforcing our agreements) for up to 90 days in our secure backups before it is completely omitted or anonymized.
